Policies
Policies you agree to when ordering (receiving this confirmation form you are agreeing to the following policies)
**if you need to cancel your order the deposit is lost and will not be returned under any circumstances// if you wish to reschedule your same order to another day you are able to switch the day up to one month if more than 1 weeks notice is given... if you paid in full and need to cancel last minute less than 1 week notice) your entire balance will be lost ( you may only reschedule your order once with in a 1 month time period of your previous order, deposits are not transferable beyond that date < same order only)
-**we offer delivery (extra fee) or contactless pickup... orders will be ready for pickup or delivery on the day/ time requested … if items are not picked up they will not be remade ( keep in mind food items are perishable and should be eaten same or next day of order date) deliveries will be left at delivery address at time if there is no answer we are not responsible for items left at your desired delivery time

totals for smaller orders are due the day before your order by 5pm or 1 week before your order date for larger orders (anything more than 1 dozen items) If payments are not sent by due date they will be canceled (if deposit was required it will not be refunded if payment is not sent by due date and order is canceled)

once this form has been send there will be no adjustment to the order information ( if you need to make adjustments, there may be an additional fee if we are able to change your order depending if time or items have already been purchased) once you have received this confirmation form you have 1 day to inform us of any adjustments all order info will be based off the following info

Delivery Policies
Delivery terms you are agreeing to upon receiving this form:
1- delivery times/dates are set in stone we will show up within a 15 minute time frame before or after delivery time chosen/ customer must be available between these times/ if we are to deliver to a specific individual please provide there name/ phone number for contact
2- deliveries will be left at location if there is no answer/ no one there to accept delivery and we are unable to contact customer with in (5 minutes of arrival) We are not responsible for items once they have been delivered/left at location
3- if you are contacted and wish for us to keep the order for storage we may not be able to deliver again and if delivery is available the delivery fee must be re payed before re delivery
4- setup is not included with delivery. Setup is avilable at an extra fee if desired and we do not offer rental tables/stands everything must be provided
